Please remember that you have one month to successfully complete this course. You are required to commit 20 to 30 hours per week to successfully finish this course. We recommend you plan for approximately 30 hours weekly. Please manage your time accordingly.

**We want to emphasize the importance of adhering to the assignment deadlines. To best manage your progress throughout the program, please be in touch with us if you anticipate any more serious difficulty.

Note: Please submit your assignments in Moodle as you complete them. Do NOT save them up. This will help facilitate the grading of assignments.

Your instructor for this course is Colin Keane.

Instructor Availability:

Colin is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific (12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern). During this time Colin will be online for student assistance from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Pacific (1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Eastern), on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please note that on Mondays, Colin will be available through online assistance in Zoom Team Chat for approximately one hour following the weekly classroom session. Please note that on Thursdays, Colin will be available strictly by email. Colin’s work schedule does not include Saturday or Sunday.

Note: Students are encouraged to ask for assistance keeping these timelines in mind. We also encourage you to interact with your fellow students, and ask questions in the Student Forum.

Service Timelines

Email Replies: You should receive a reply to your emails within 48 hours normally (we can usually reply within 24 hours...), except during the weekend or on a statutory holiday. If you need a quick answer, please appear online in Zoom Team Chat during the instructor's online assistance hours. Please refer to the Student Handbook for the Protocol for Online Assistance [2].

Grading: Your instructor will grade your assignments within three (3) business days or less. Please note that your instructor will grade optional assignments, only if time permits.

Please feel free to approach your instructor if you are having any difficulties with the course. Just as you would in a face-to-face course, please discuss your issues directly with the instructor. We are here to discuss any personal issues or assistance you may require. The instructor should be the first person to know if you are having trouble.
